Customer Pick Up
If you are picking up your merchandise and it is being brought from our central warehouse, your order will be ready for pick up as early as 5:00 p.m. on your scheduled pick up date.
When you return to pick up your order, take your receipt to the cashiers' desk and you will be advised accordingly. Please be patient - it takes time to locate your order and get it to the load out door.
Customer is responsible for providing suitable packing materials and rope for protection and security of their merchandise.
As a courtesy Colfax Furniture & Mattress will assist you in loading of your merchandise. Colfax Furniture & Mattress accepts no responsibility for any damages after leaving our loading dock.
Pick Up Hours:
Monday - Friday 10 a.m. until 8:30 p.m.
Saturday 10 a. m. until 5:30 p.m.
Sunday 1 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.
Delivery Information
So that we can better serve you, here is what you can do to assist us in making your delivery as quick and easy as possible.
Please check your sales ticket for correct delivery address, scheduled delivery date and correct home and work phone numbers.
If you have any questions concerning your delivery call (336) 478-0302 Monday thru Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 pm.
A representative of Colfax Furniture & Mattress will call you 2-Days before your scheduled delivery date to confirm your delivery and give you a 3-Hour time window when your delivery will be made. We will make every effort to deliver your goods within this window. We are unable to give exact delivery times.
Delivery will not be made without a phone confirmation at least 2 days before your scheduled delivery date. If you have not been called by Colfax to confirm your delivery, please call Donna at (336) 478-0302.
If for any reason your delivery is not confirmed 2-Days prior to the scheduled delivery date, we will have to reschedule it for the next available date.
Delivery cannot be scheduled if there is an unpaid balance due.
An adult 18 years or older, who is authorized to accept and sign for delivery must be at the delivery location.
Please make delivery area accessible to delivery people. Delivery does not include moving or removal of old furniture.
Delivery charge does not include assembly of "Assembly Required" Items.
Pets and small children should be out of the delivery area to prevent possible injury.
If no one is at the delivery address and Colfax is unable to complete the scheduled delivery, a redelivery charge will be accessed.
